Ingredient Notes
Eggs: Any eggs will do and you can use whatever you normally purchase. Depending on the size of your eggs they may take more of less time to cook perfectly. Also, try and use eggs that are around the same size. This will help them all cook more evenly in your ninja air fryer.
Seasoning Ideas: I like to add some Everything Bagel Seasoning to my hard boiled eggs, but this is not required. You could simply add salt and pepper, another seasoning blend you like, some hot sauce, or enjoy plan. Eggs are so versatile and basically anything can be added to them.

Hard Boiled vs Soft Boiled
It is very easy to make either hard boiled or soft boiled eggs in any air fryer. I recommend air frying eggs for 7-8 minutes for more of a hard boiled consistency. For a soft boiled egg you could air fry for 5-6 minutes at 300 degrees F.
Try out a few different times to make it so you get the perfect eggs each time in your air fryer. Each air fryer will cook them a bit differently.
FAQS
Yes, they will if you air fry them for too long and at high heat. I personally tested this recipe at multiple different temperatures and times and some of my poor tester eggs to bust open. But, practice makes perfect. I recommend air frying eggs at a lower temperature for longer time to avoid any egg blow ups.
Mine take about 7-8 minutes when air fried at 300 degrees F. If you wants the yok to be less cooked and more jammy you can air fry for 6 minutes instead.
When boiling eggs in water, it's best to add cold eggs to boiling water, which helps the eggs release cleanly and more easily from the shell. When air frying eggs I like to add in cold eggs to a preheated air fryer. Another good tip is to always add your eggs to an ice bath after hard boiling for 5-10 minutes. This stops the cooking process and helps the eggs peal easier.
Leftover Storage Instructions
Leave the shells on your hard boiled eggs until you are ready to peel and eat. When stored with the shells on in the fridge they will keep for up to 1 week.
Pro Tips
Not Too Long
Be sure not to leave your eggs in your air fryer for too long. The eggs will bust open and you will have a mess on your hands. Cook them for the recommended time or LESS until you find the perfect time based on your air fryer.
Air Fryer Tips
I always recommend preheating your air fryer before adding any food in. This will result in evenly cooked eggs and the time will be more accurate.
Another tip is to test out one egg before adding them all in. Air fryers all cook a bit differently and some get hotter than others. This means that mine and yours may be a bit different and your egg cook time may vary. A tester egg ensures you will get the perfect cook and not potentially waste eggs.
Ice Ice Baby
I always like to add my air fryer hard boiled eggs to a bowl of ice water. This will stop the cooking process and make it easier to peel the eggs. I usually let my eggs bathe for 5-10 minutes.
My Favorite Kitchen Gadgets
I use my Ninja Foodi Grill for all my air frying needs. It is very versatile and air fries food great.

Bought a new GE dbl oven with the air fry feature built in the lower oven. Set at 300°, cooked 6 eggs In a metal basket for13 minutes.. Ice bath for 10 minutes. My cook time was off, I cracked one open and the white was runny, yolk soft boiled. I won't eat it when the white is that runny. I'll finish the others in a water bath. I will try again increasing the time and/or temp. If it goes beyond 15 minutes, there's no advantage over the water bath method.

It can be hard depending on the air fryer! I make my eggs both ways. But I hope you are able to dial in the cook time for them!
