Why You'll LOVE This Dip!
Ready Fast: Only 10 Minutes Required & No Baking
Versatile: Easily Customize with Different Oreos
Super Simple: Only 5 Ingredients Needed
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese and whipped topping in a large bowl.
- Use a hand mixer to beat on low until well combined and smooth.
- Add in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the same large bowl.
- Continue to mix on low until whipped.
- Add the Oreo cookies to a zip-lock bag and seal tightly. Use your hand to press and crush the cookies to your desired crumble. I like to leave some cookies chunks.
- Add the cookies to the large bowl and gently stir with a spoon until just combined. Serve immediately with desired dippers, or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
How to Store Leftovers
Store leftover cookies and cream dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Stir the dip before serving. If the dip is too hard, let come to room temperature for 10-15 minutes first.
Pro Tips
The Perfect Crumble: Depending on your personal preference, you can just crush the Oreos a little bit leaving some chunks, or use a food processor to make them into a fine crumble. I prefer just using a zip lock bag and crush mine a little, because I like the bites of Oreos in the dip. Either way will work fine.
Whip it Up: I recommend using a hand mixer to combine the whipped topping and cream cheese first. This will ensure the texture is creamy and there are no chunks of cream cheese left. When adding in the cookies, just barley stir until combines.
Kitchen Tool Recommendations
I like to use a hand mixer for this recipe to achieve the perfect creamy consistency.
A large bowl with a lid works great for prepping and storing the Oreo dip. Plus, less dishes!
