This warm and cheesy Baked Roast Beef Sliders Recipe is the perfect game day appetizer, or weeknight family dinner. Simple to make and ready in about 30 minutes!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next melt the butter in a small microwave bowl for 30 seconds, or until completely melted. Add in all the topping ingredients (except the poppy seeds), then whisk to combine. Set aside.
Add the horseradish sauce and mayonnaise to a small bowl and stir to combine. If you prefer you can use just horseradish sauce. Set aside.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and open the two halves. Spread the bottom of the buns with horseradish and mayonnaise in an even layer. Next, lay the roast beef over top then layer on the shredded cheese. Place the bun tops back on top over the assembled slider.
Spray a 7x11 inch baking dish with cooking spray and place the sliders in. Brush over the prepared butter topping the sprinkle over the poppy seeds. Bake the sliders for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with a spatula and enjoy!
Make Ahead Instructions: Follow all the recipe instructions, then store the sliders in the fridge covered. The sliders will develop more flavor in the fridge with marinade topping getting to sit on them longer. Before baking remove the sliders from the fridge and let them come to room temperature before baking.Baking Tip: If the sliders are getting too browned on the tops of the buns before the cheese is melted, cover the baking dish with foil. This lets the cheese get melty and protects the buns from getting burnt.Leftover Storage: Store leftover sliders in the fridge covered for up to 3 days. You can enjoy them cold, or re-warm them in the oven or microwave.
