These Air Fryer Ranch Chicken wings are easy to make and ready in 30 minutes. These wings are dry rubbed using a ranch seasoning packet, then cooked in the Ninja Foodi air fryer for the perfect crispy finish.
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel, then add to a large bowl. Add half the dried ranch dip mix, salt, pepper, oil oil and red pepper flakes (optional) to the bowl. Toss the chicken wings and spices together until evenly coated.
Mist the basket of your air fryer and add preheat to 400 degrees. Once preheated, add in the chicken wings in a single layer. Depending on the size and style of your air fryer you may need to cook in several batches. Close the lid and cook for 18-22 minutes.
Halfway through add the remaining ranch seasoning and toss the chicken wings. The wings should be crispy, slightly charred and have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F when finished cooking. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve warm topped with chopped green onion, ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
Air Fryer Notes: I love my Ninja Foodi Grill and use it for these wings. I am able to fit 15 chicken wings in the basket at a time and they take about 18 minutes to finish cooking. You can use any air fryer you wish, but the cooking times will vary slightly. Be sure to check the internal temperature of the wings to ensure they are cooked through. Additionally, You may need to air fry the wings in several batches depending on how large your air fryer is.Leftover storage: Store leftover wings in an airtight container for up to 4 days and reheat before enjoying.Oven Method: For baking, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare the wings according to the recipe instructions then add to the cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake on the center rack for 40-45 minutes until the wings are crispy and cooked through internally.
