Alternatively, store in the freezer for up to 6 months and thaw and rewarm before eating.Ninja Foodi: This is a must have in my kitchen and my favorite air fryer. I have the 6.5 quart model and can comfortably fit 3 large potatoes in. Any air fryer will work for these potatoes, but the cook time may vary so be sure to check them often.Potatoes:My favorite potato to use for this recipe is the russet potato. I think the size is perfect and they always cook well. Other potato options include a Yukon Gold Potato, or even a Sweet Potato. Each potato will vary in cooking time, so be sure to check them often.
